Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0, Service Management, Master Data, and Fiori technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP CRM solutions and supporting end-to-end business processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong functional experience in SAP CRM 7.0 configuration and customization.
- Expertise in Business Partner (BP), Master Data, Technical Master Data, Install Base, and Equipment Management.
- Hands-on experience with Service Orders, Service Confirmations, Returns, and related CRM Service processes.
- Experience working with SAP CRM Fiori Applications, SAP UI5, Gateway Foundation, and OData Services.
- Good understanding of SAP HANA and Fiori integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements, defining business processes, and providing solution architecture recommendations.
- Ability to create detailed Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
