Job Title: IT Project Manager (PLM | GxP)

Location: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Experience: 7 10 Years
Duration: 12 months plus Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives in a GxP-regulated environment. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of PLM projects (planning execution closure)
Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, ISO, and validation (CSV) requirements
Work with Quality & Compliance teams for validation and documentation
Apply Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies
Ensure delivery meets quality, compliance, and business expectations

Mandatory Skills

Strong IT Project Management experience
Hands-on experience with PLM implementations
Good understanding of GxP concepts

Preferred Skills

PMP / SAFe or equivalent certification
Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
