Job Overview:

Pay Range: $89.37hr - $94.37hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a focus on performance and traffic.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with at least one additional paid social platform such as TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets such as CPA and ROAS.
  • Experience managing large budgets and high campaign volume.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Experience:

  • Experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with audience targeting strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Experience building and maintaining campaign performance dashboards and reports.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Own daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bid adjustments, and pacing.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets such as CPA and ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage and refine audience targeting, including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to iterate on high-performing ad concepts and formats.
  • Ensure proper tracking setup including pixels, events, and UTMs, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and trends.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging paid social trends.
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting that supports business decisions.

Should Have:

  • Experience in direct response marketing, lead generation, or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance creative strategy.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page performance.
  • Experience with attribution tools or multi-touch attribution models.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
