Summary

We are seeking a senior-level IT Business Systems Analyst (Lead) to drive the lifecycle of data-centric products, with a strong emphasis on product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business value. This role will lead efforts to translate business needs into scalable data solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical field.
Master s degree preferred.
Extensive experience in product management or business systems analysis, focusing on data products and discovery.
Strong technical understanding of data platforms, integration, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Required Skills & Expertise

Data analysis, data warehousing, and data architecture principles.
Understanding of ETL processes, CI/CD workflows, alerting, and error handling.
Product lifecycle management and agile delivery practices.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Expertise in product discovery, user research, and prototype testing.
