1 Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of MTD (MaketoDeliver) processes
  (Production Execution, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, Label Printing, Shop Floor Execution)

• Ability to interpret and work with L2/L3 process flows, heat maps, Fit-to-Standard outputs.

2 SAP S/4HANA Expertise

• Configuration & solution knowledge in:

• PP (Production Planning)

• MM (Master Data, MRP, Material Types)

• EWM integration (Handling Units, Label Flows)

• MES integration

• Ability to work with BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, Batch Classification.

3 Requirements & Design Skills

• Leading and documenting Fit/Gap analysis

• Creating Functional Specs (FS), BPDs, WRICEF definitions, Data Mapping

• Writing and validating User Stories, acceptance criteria, WRICEF catalog entries

• Working through crossworkstream dependencies (DTS MTD QBM LWM).

4 Data & Master Data Skills

• Strong understanding of Material Master, Batch/Classification, Routing, Work Center, MRP, and related objects.

• Supporting data cleansing, mock loads, conversion rules, and validation activities.

• Ability to analyze legacy vs. S/4 structures and identify gaps.

5 Integration & Technical Understanding

• Understanding interfaces using IDoc, RFC, APIs, partner profiles, ALE settings.

• Ability to work with crosssystem data flows (S/4 MES EWM).

• Ability to analyze technical impacts like number ranges, endpoints, client migrations, middleware logic.

6 Testing & Validation

• Supporting SIT1/SIT2/UAT execution.

• Ability to prepare test scenarios, validate results, resolve defects.

• Familiarity with Software Validation Plans, URS/FRS alignment, traceability.

7 Change Management & Training

• Understanding of organizational impact (OCM) and communication drivers.

• Supporting training document development and validation workflows.

• Ability to guide end users and SMEs through process changes.

8 CrossFunctional Leadership & Collaboration

• Strong collaboration with Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams.

• Facilitating workshops, solving crossteam issues, and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Ability to escalate blockers, manage risks, and support decision-making.

• Azure DevOps (ADO) creating/maintaining user stories, tasks, test cases.

• ProjectPlace & SharePoint documentation lifecycle, version control.

• MS Teams crossstream communication, meetings, workshops.

• Familiarity with sprint-based delivery (Agile/Hybrid).
