Thorough knowledge of .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET (VB.NET), .NET Core, Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022, IIS, Microsoft SQL required. IBM DB2, Linux, and Drupal CMS knowledge will separate candidates. The person selected will be expected to upgrade multiple existing applications to the latest .NET Core version as well as make several changes to the database and function of the application to enhance functionality.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core programming

Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database management

Proficient with IIS configuration

Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025

Advanced knowledge of C#

Documentation and knowledge transfer experience

Excellent English speaking, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills
