Job Details

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional who takes ownership of results, values teamwork, and knows how to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You'll Do

Manage commercial construction projects from award to final completion

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts

Lead buyout, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

Work closely with Superintendents to ensure effective field execution

Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Track project financial performance and mitigate risk

Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and performance standards

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare, education, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects

Familiarity with negotiated, design-build, or CM delivery methods

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
