Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge combined with technical capabilities to deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders to design, configure, and support scalable and compliant HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
Configure Payroll elements, balances, eligibility profiles, Benefits plans, and Fast Formulas.
Develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Manage data loads using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
Support system testing, UAT cycles, defect resolution, and production deployments.
Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting payroll and benefits processing issues.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and data governance standards.
Stay updated on quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releases and evaluate impact on existing configurations.
Deliver training sessions, user documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users.
Required Skills & Experience
12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional consulting roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
Experience with Core HR, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).
Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Experience with HDL and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and US Payroll compliance.
Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR).
Experience with Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
Experience integrating Oracle HCM with ERP or financial systems.
Exposure to global payroll implementations.
