• Python, TypeScript, Databricks, SQL (Databricks data ingestion/egress)

Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development

Experience leveraging code-generation tools and developer productivity platforms

Understanding of agentic AI concepts and their application within software engineering workflows Resource Profile Senior developers / engineers

Very strong hands-on coding background

Ability to work independently in a product engineering environment

Strong communication skills and ability to influence engineering practices across team’s High bar for technical quality and problem-solving capability

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead for Golang will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Golang solutions. The role will involve hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and design of scalable golang applications and solutions.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical roadmaps and identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
5. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to technical challenges.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in golang development to drive innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in golang programming language with a strong understanding of its core concepts and best practices.
2. Experience designing and architecting golang based applications and microservices.
3. Handson experience with cloud technologies and containerization platforms (e.g., docker, kubernetes).
4. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Experience with relational and nosql databases for data persistence in golang applications.

Other Requirements

1.Golang certification or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
