Job Description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (Azure Platform) to join our Cloud and Platform Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will build, automate, and support Azure cloud environments powering complex enterprise applications and emerging AI workloads.
Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and manage Azure resources using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM.
Develop reusable IaC modules and environment patterns for application teams.
Support Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, and governance services.
Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container registries, and containerized workloads.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows for cloud-native and AI applications.
Implement automated quality gates, security scanning, and artifact management.
Use Chef, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools for provisioning and compliance.
Implement monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Build dashboards and alerts to proactively manage performance, reliability, and availability.
Participate in on-call support and troubleshoot critical platform issues.
Collaborate with cloud architects, platform engineers, security teams, and application developers.
Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement across cloud platforms and delivery workflows.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
Strong expertise with Terraform and Bicep.
Advanced experience developing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Experience deploying and supporting AKS and containerized environments.
Experience with Chef, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools.
Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance.
Excellent troubleshooting skills across complex distributed systems.
Experience with Azure landing zones or enterprise cloud foundations.
Experience supporting multi-team cloud environments or platform enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, model deployment, or MLOps.
Familiarity with GitOps, Helm, and ArgoCD.
Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect.
Experience with MS Fabric and Power BI.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
