Job Summary – Senior Epic Systems Analyst

- Participate in implementing interfaces and APIs for multiple healthcare initiatives.
- Provide production support, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Epic system integrations.
- Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.
- Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness.
- Independently manage multiple large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate project resources, risk management, quality assurance, and change control activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business teams, and IT leadership.
- Develop proposals and business plans to ensure delivery of quality IT solutions.
- Contribute to enhancement of project methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices.
- Utilize Epic Bridges Certification and Epic FHIR Badge expertise.
- Support healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, and enterprise integration engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, ESB).
- Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a healthcare technology environment.
- Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, consensus-driven organization.
- Demonstrate knowledge in finance, project management, business processes, and continuous improvement.
- Meet educational requirements: Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience (IT or business administration).

Preferred:
- Additional Epic certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
