Requirement:
Seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager with 5–10+ years of experience leading digital initiatives in a hybrid Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile application implementations and website enhancement/redesign projects.
• Manage digital product initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Track project risks, budgets, schedules, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage projects using Jira and Confluence in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Digital Project Management experience.
• Mobile app and website project delivery.
• Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
• Risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando Monday through Wednesday.

Preferred:
Hospitality, travel, or timeshare industry experience (Disney, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar).
