Summary
Required Qualifications for Hotel Handyman / Maintenance Technician
- 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
