Location : Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Duration : Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Google Cloud Platform Solution Architect to lead enterprise cloud modernization and transformation initiatives across Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role will drive cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes/GKE, DevOps/GitOps, security, observability, and enterprise migration programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Google Cloud Platform architecture and cloud solution delivery
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native architectures
• Architect Kubernetes/GKE and microservices-based solutions
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Define enterprise cloud standards, governance, and best practices
• Implement DevOps/GitOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation strategies
• Design Google Cloud Platform networking, IAM, encryption, and security architectures
• Define observability strategies including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Support pre-sales, customer presentations, and technical solutioning
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams across enterprise programs

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Cloud Architecture experience
• Strong Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) expertise
• Kubernetes and GKE
• Cloud-native and Microservices architecture
• CI/CD and DevOps/GitOps practices
• Terraform and Ansible
• Google Cloud Platform IAM, networking, security, and governance
• Enterprise cloud migration and modernization
• Observability frameworks (logging, monitoring, tracing)
• Customer-facing architecture and pre-sales experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Preferred:

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Cross-functional collaboration across onshore/offshore teams
• Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence
