Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to deliver functional production support across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules within a managed services environment. The role involves resolving incidents, supporting month-end supply chain operations, managing system enhancements, handling integrations, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests within defined SLAs.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to address data corrections, reporting needs, and integration challenges.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, including impact analysis and regression testing.
