Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Contract to Hire

Location: 2 S. Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132

4x a week onsite and remote Friday

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implement and manage API integrations to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to enhance marketing automation capabilities.
• Utilize data from Salesforce and other integrated systems to personalize and target communications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, back-end development, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Participate in code reviews
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and data models.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Back-End Developer within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and advanced experience with SQL and API integrations.
