We are looking for a Public Health Program Director 1 to lead an impactful rural health expansion project.
Position Details
- Location: Nashville, TN

Key Skills & Focus Areas
Primary Requirements
- Program Leadership: 5+ years of progressive professional experience in public health program management.
- Grant & Contract Management: Proven expertise managing contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and federal/state compliance.
- System Procurement & Integration: Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and software vendors to procure call center and case management platforms.
- Data & Evaluation: Comfort analyzing public health metrics with epidemiologists to track program outcomes and impact.
Preferred Expertise
- Specialized Knowledge: Background in Maternal, Fetal, & Infant Health or Rural Healthcare Systems.
- Technical Assistance: Experience training and guiding community partners and grantees.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or a related field.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (37.5 hours/week)
