The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

- Own and lead end-to-end strategy, design, and optimization of Associate GenAI platform algorithms.
- Serve as the primary thought leader for algorithmic decisions affecting associate productivity.
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business leadership.
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and advanced ML techniques to improve assistant effectiveness and efficacy.
- Lead large-scale data analysis to identify opportunities for operational and product improvement.
- Present complex technical insights to senior leadership in a clear, business-relevant way.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, robust, and measurable solutions that impact key business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members.
What you'll bring:
- 6-8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
- Proven leadership experience managing projects or teams in a technical environment.
- Expertise in advanced ML techniques, GenAI (prompt engineering, RAG, context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation), and cloud platforms (Azure and Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong product acumen combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
