As a Data Metrics Report Writer/Operations Support Specialist in the Global Vendor Relationship team, you will be a key driver in transforming detailed data into advanced reports, slides, Power Point presentations, and graphs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and particular attention to details. Your ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial in this role.

Job responsibilities - Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs/metrics using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders by providing high-level reporting from diverse vendor management sources.
- Ensure reports are clear, concise, accurate, approved, and submitted on schedule.
- Report on project management office activities.
- Lead internal stakeholder service review meetings.
- Resolve internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
- Perform data analysis across various files.
- Create dashboards using QuickSight.
- Automate data processes using Alteryx.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships.
- Manage issue tracking and provide operational support and incident follow-up for all vendor-related incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint development and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality KPIs, data metrics, and reports across business units, with 7+ years of experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Alteryx and QuickSight expertise.
- Experienced in executive status reporting, managing multiple projects, and tailoring communication for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, summarization, and reporting for accurate results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding computer literacy and ability to leverage technology for professional tasks and communication.
- Strategic thinker with proficiency in using data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Skilled in third-party/vendor relationship management, including market data vendors and asset managers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment instruments and security types from a pricing and reference data perspective.
- Exceptional communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Global experience working with teams across regions and time zones.
- Strategic experience coordinating both strategic and tactical objectives.
- Process-oriented experience enhancing processes and ensuring consistent support across teams.
- Adept at providing high-level responses to executive ad-hoc requests.
- Proficient in Tableau.
- Skilled in Microsoft Access.
