Hiring: Technical Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-availability network infrastructure programs. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across IP networking, optical transport, and data center connectivity.
You will work closely with network architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of network infrastructure projects (initiation → implementation)
Manage IP networking (routing/switching), optical transport, and data center connectivity initiatives
Identify risks (technical blockers, hardware delays, dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
Translate complex technical requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with change management, configuration management, and network security protocols
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for site surveys, installations, and optical turn-ups
Drive budget forecasting, resource allocation, and schedule re-baselining
Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs, risks, and project status
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in technical program/project management
Strong experience managing network infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, SMEs)
Expertise in tools: Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, Visio
PMP Certification (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL v4 Certification
Scrum / Product Owner or other Agile certifications
Exposure to:
Network monitoring tools
Firewall configuration
SDN / Cloud integration
