Oracle DBA - ZDLRA Specialist

Job Description: Role Description

The ZDLRA Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance environment. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting ZDLRA appliances, as well as setting up and managing protection policies and backup schedules. The role involves supporting protected databases, implementing protection policies, and performing disaster recovery operations.

Additional responsibilities include automation of routine tasks, performance monitoring, on-call participation, and generating reports related to backup status, recovery performance, and other key operational metrics.

The engineer will utilize expert knowledge of Oracle Linux, Linux, agents, and third?party software installation and reconfiguration, while also leveraging strong understanding of Oracle technologies including Oracle Database, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data Guard, and Backup & Recovery.

Experience requirement: 6?10 years of experience in Oracle technologies.

Essential Skills

• Management and maintenance of Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA).

Oracle Linux and Linux environments

6?10 years of Oracle experience
