I would like to see someone who really gets tech recruiting and understands how to be a partner with the hiring process.

Key Skills:

Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles across technical and non-technical teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners.
Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
Support the design and delivery of intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance feedback.
Experience in Tech Recruiting, University recruitment, Campus hiring, interns and early career roles.
Execute campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
Looking for University as well as someone with Tech industry background.
Recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, 12Twenty, RippleMatch)

Location:

Two Locations, Morrisville, NC or Fishkill, NY
3015 Carrington Mill Blvd, Suite 500, Morrisville, NC 27560
60 Merritt Blvd., Suite 203, Fishkill, NY 12524
1 or 2 days onsite in a week, no confirmation, it totally depends
Travel will be included, 30-40%
