Job Description: UI/UX Designer 3
Client: Manufacturing Domain
Location: Peoria LC Building Office, Peoria, IL - On-site (5 days/week in office) – (Locals Only)
Duration: 18 Months
Travel: 0–25%
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual/Phone + In-Person Panel)

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, New Media, or related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience considered.
5–7 years of UX/UI design experience required.
Experience designing digital product experiences and enterprise applications.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with UX/UI Design and Digital Product Design.
Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or similar design tools.
Experience creating:

Wireframes
User flows
Interactive prototypes
Visual design assets
High-fidelity UI mockups

Knowledge of Interaction Architecture, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and usability standards.
Experience with Design Sprints and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of:

Human-Centered Design (HCD)
User research and usability principles
Human-computer interaction
Web application design trends
Digital product strategy

Ability to understand software industry trends, technologies, and future product directions.
Knowledge of web software design and development processes.

Required Soft Skills

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to listen, understand, and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with initiative.
