Summary

ServiceNow HRSD Administration.
Configure, manage, and support ServiceNow HRSD modules (HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Document Management).
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure the HRSD system is optimized, performing well, and aligned with business goals.
HRSD Case Management.
Administer and configure HRSD Case Management workflows and processes, including case routing, assignment rules, and notifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve case-related issues within the platform, ensuring efficient case resolution for HR teams.
HRSD Knowledge Management
Administer and manage HR Knowledge Management processes, ensuring the knowledge base is up-to-date and aligned with HR policies and procedures.
Support HR teams in creating, updating, and publishing HR-related articles, documents, and other knowledge resources.
HRSD Document Management
Manage the Document Management functionality within ServiceNow, including document uploads, sharing, security, and archiving.
Implement document workflows and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
ITSM Integration
Work with IT teams to ensure smooth integration between HRSD and IT Service Management (ITSM), including incident management, request management, and other ITSM processes.
Troubleshoot and support integration points between ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor HRSD processes and gather feedback from end-users to identify opportunities for continuous improvements and optimizations.
Assist in managing upgrades, patches, and releases of ServiceNow HRSD modules to ensure that the platform is always up-to-date and running efficiently.
User Training and Support
Provide training and support to HR teams, end-users, and stakeholders on HRSD functionality and best practices.
Act as a primary point of contact for HRSD-related inquiries, providing expert advice and troubleshooting assistance.
Required Skills and Experience:
ServiceNow HRSD Expertise
Hands-on experience in configuring and administering ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Document Management.
Strong understanding of HRSD best practices, including service requests, case management workflows, and knowledge management processes.
ITSM Integration
Experience integrating HRSD with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and modules (Incident, Request, Change Management, etc.).
