We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Team Lead to join our Reliability Department. This key role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring our production equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Pay: $36 ? $38 per hour
Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 2:00 PM ? 10:30 PM

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Lead, direct, and support maintenance team members during the afternoon shift. \t
  • Coordinate and assign preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency response. \t
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new maintenance personnel. \t
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions. \t
  • Maintain compliance with HAACP, SQF, and GMP standards. \t
  • Inspect facility and equipment for proper function and safety compliance. \t
  • Assist with inventory management and upkeep of tools and equipment. \t
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation and maintenance logs. \t
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What You?ll Bring:

    \t
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required, associate?s degree from a technical school preferred. \t
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting; 5+ years preferred. \t
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively. \t
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, and control safety circuits. \t
  • Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, HVAC, boilers, and ammonia systems is a plus. \t
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and arc flash regulations. \t
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. \t
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working independently or within a team. \t
  • Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software is advantageous.
