We are seeking an experienced Application Runbook Administrator with expertise in Cutover Administration, IT Operations, Release Management, and IT Resilience to support enterprise-wide application deployments and production events. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building and managing high-quality runbooks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of complex cutover activities in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Cutover workspaces, templates, user roles, and configurations in accordance with organizational policies.
- Design and maintain standardized runbook templates for disaster recovery, migrations, and production deployment events.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to document end-to-end cutover activities, dependencies, rollback plans, and validation steps.
- Ensure runbooks comply with governance standards, naming conventions, sequencing, approvals, and documentation requirements.
- Lead cutover readiness reviews, dry runs, and execution planning with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate live cutover events by tracking task execution, managing blockers, escalating issues, and providing real-time status updates.
- Coordinate integration with release management, change management, maintenance windows, and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for runbook execution, completion metrics, and post-event analysis.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, documentation, and training materials for teams adopting Cutover.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews (PIRs), lessons learned, and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience administering or extensively using Cutover.
- Strong background in IT Resilience, ITIL, Incident Management, Production Support, and Release Management.
- Experience creating detailed, executable runbooks with clear ownership, validation steps, and rollback procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC, environment management, and deployment strategies such as blue/green, rolling, and canary deployments.
- Experience with incident/problem management and post-event reviews.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments, including occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise banking or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of Change Management and Release Governance processes.
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and regulated operational environments.
- Experience creating operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
