Location : Harrisburg, PA
Primarily Remote

seeking a temporary IT professional to support the design and implementation of digital purchase request forms and electronic approval/signature workflows
The solution will also serve as a searchable repository for approved purchase requests
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for form automation
Design and configure digital workflows using Commonwealth-supported platforms
Enable attachment collection and electronic signature routing
Automate delivery of completed forms and attachments
Build and maintain a searchable procurement repository
Conduct system testing and validation
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to Pennie staff
Work independently to meet short-term project deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience with workflow automation tools
4+ years of experience with digital forms and e-signature workflows
4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, short-term engagement
