Senior Software Engineer
Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $50 - $75 per hour depending on experience

Job Summary
We are always looking for highly skilled Senior Software Engineers. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong understanding of the insurance sector, ideally with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the insurance industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Must-Haves
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Property and Casualty (P&C).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other insurance-specific platforms.
A bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
