YSI is seeking an Information Technologist (IT) I/Information Management Officer (IMO).
Job Responsibilities
- Support Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
- Install and configure COTS/GOTS applications.
- Maintain Army security baselines, patches, and antivirus compliance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
- Perform hardware repair and component replacement.
- Coordinate image updates with NEC.
- Enter, update, and resolve tickets in AESMP.
- Provide Tier 1 classroom audiovisual troubleshooting (including Microsoft Teams video conferencing).
Required skills and experience
- Education: Associate s degree in related field OR Three (3) years related experience.
- 2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows client environments
- Experience with: Device imaging, Patch management, User account/group management, Printer setup, Remote troubleshooting, Experience in a structured IT ticketing environment"
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management experience
- IAT Level II. Security+ and Computing Environment certification. Maintain CE training as required.
