Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Workday web services, APIs, and reporting-based integrations, and will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable data exchange and system performance.



Key Responsibilities







Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)





Configure and support RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service) integrations





Develop and manage API-based integrations with third-party systems





Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance and data accuracy





Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions





Support Workday releases, testing, and production deployments





Ensure integrations follow security, data privacy, and best practices







Required Skills & Qualifications







Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations





Expert proficiency in:







Workday Web Services (SOAP & REST)





RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service)





API configuration and management









Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Finance, or third-party systems





Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills





Excellent communication and documentation abilities







Nice to Have







Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio





Prior remote project experience





Workday certifications
