Position :: Epic Willow Inpatient Implementation Specialist

Location :: Remote

Type of position :: Long-term contract

JD:

• Current certifications in Willow Inpatient and relevant modules
• Should have 5+ Experience in Full Epic implementation

• Bachelor s degree required; Master s or advanced clinical degree preferred
• Current Epic Willow Inpatient certification required; Additional Epic pharmacy-related certifications preferred
• 5 years of experience in full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systems
• 2-5 years of Epic EMR or related clinical application experience
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts in an implementation environment
• Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows, medication management, dispensing, and clinical integration
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work primarily remote with periodic on-site availability
• Clinical pharmacy background a plus
