• 40% Oracle Technical Development

• Liquidity Risk concepts
• Federal Reserve reporting
• Data lineage and validation
• And can also code in PL/SQL

Need someone with these

1. Oracle PL/SQL Development, 2. FR 2052 A Reg Reporting on Liquidity Risk, 3. Nasdaq Axiom Reg Reporting solution experience

Looking for a Technical/Functional expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development, solution design, deep data analysis and possesses a strong functional knowledge of regulatory reporting topics. Technically the candidate should be able to develop on PL/SQL. Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development and data validation for regulatory reporting topics (e.g. FR 2052A, FRY-15, etc).

Role requirement:

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix
• Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors
• Releasing/packaging code into production.

Functional:

• Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting
• Must have experience implementing the FR 2052a report (liquidity risk).
• Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements
• Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
• Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports

Experience:

• 10+ years experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics
• Must have experience working within the regulatory reporting domain
• Must have experience liaising with end-users and technical teams
• Experience working with Axiom software is highly preferred
