Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified technology professional with expertise in Technology Operations, Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering, Solution Design, and Software Development to support enterprise technology operations, solution enablement, and custom software development initiatives.

The individual will contribute to the development of new in-house applications, support production operations for internally developed and vendor-installed applications, drive technology-based process optimization and automation, and lead complex projects from concept through production deployment.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, ownership, and expertise across enterprise technologies and operational lifecycle management, including both Infrastructure Technologies and Secure Software Development/Engineering.

General Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for applications, projects, and service requests within the assigned portfolio.
• Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand application and technology needs, identify solutions, and ensure business objectives are met.
• Assist business and technical teams with developing project requirements for Corporate Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Security initiatives.
• Support technology operations lifecycle activities, including disaster recovery, application inventories, architecture diagrams, cloud migrations, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.
• Support cross-functional teams consisting of software developers, application support teams, operations teams, and enterprise technology resources.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and cost-effective solutions using modern technologies and secure design patterns.
• Lead or participate in unit, integration, and system testing activities.
• Partner with stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production implementations and post-deployment stabilization.
• Champion secure development practices, secure-by-design architectures, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight while remaining hands-on with software development, infrastructure, and application support.
• Support Windows-based, on-premises vendor application installations and configurations for Legal and Compliance initiatives as needed.

Required Skills

• 2+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure/networking initiatives and production technology.
• 7+ years of secure software development experience with C#, .NET, and PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and environment management.
• Experience with Linux RHEL / Unix.
• Understanding of PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routing, networking concepts, and common networking protocols.
• Understanding of modern application design patterns and secure software development methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting application performance and connectivity issues.
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience with DevOps/SecDevOps pipelines and modern secure software development practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures.
• Knowledge of application and system performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership and attorneys.
• Demonstrates confidence while maintaining a collaborative and humble approach.
