Introduction

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing the coworker journey, developing coworkers and leaders, ensuring safe work practices, improving operational efficiency, and creating work environments that enable people to thrive. This role will drive continuous improvement and engagement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, standards, and execution of coworker listening ecosystem
• Lead design, testing, deployment, and communications for enterprise survey programs
• Translate feedback into executive-ready dashboards and visual management tools
• Manage continuous improvement of all listening-related workflows and support processes
• Develop and deliver post-survey leadership enablement tools and communications
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people data interpretation and activation
• Champion alignment between coworker experience, customer experience, DEIB, and culture strategy

Requirements

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, EX/CX strategy, or organizational effectiveness
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise survey programs and vendor partnerships
• Expertise in survey design, deployment, and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with survey and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
• Background in change management, continuous improvement, or customer experience
• Experience in unionized or operationally complex organizations
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies
