IT Specialist 

Quantico, VA

MUST:
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Experienced IT Specialist
3+ years of IT experience
Strong background utilizing MS Office Products
Able handle multiple projects/task simultaneously
Knowledge of infrastructure IT hardware
Coordinates moderately complex to complex activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solutions objectives are met.
Interprets demand forecasts and assists functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end to end services
Maintain records of expenditures to ensure that costs do not exceed approved budgets.
Identifies and escalates issues related to budgetary compliance in relation to expenditures.
Identifies service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures to resolve Hardware/Software incidents and service request.
Able to provide project/implementation updates to the client and executive leadership team
Bachelors preferred

DUTIES:
Supports development of technical solutions to support clients requirements in solving moderately complex network, platform, and system security problems.
Typical focus areas include analytical and engineering solutions based on federal and industry information security policy, doctrine, and regulations.
Responsibilities include secure system engineering and development, including system/security requirements analysis, secure system definition, and specification development of information security policies and procedures utilizing technical and analytical skills.
Also designs test beds for advanced information security hardware and software solutions
