Key responsibilities:
BSA: Business system analyst
Risk Modeling Data ingestion:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders of the Risk department and the Enterprise Data Platform to receive business requirements for respective model scores to be ingested into the Snowflake data warehouse.
Analyze business requirements and coordinate with business teams to fulfill any requirement gaps.
Manage all business intakes and coordinate with tech leads to prioritize development based on team capacity.
Coordinate with the development and testing teams during the implementation phase.
Perform UAT post completion of development.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to complete post-production validation and receive sign-offs.
Manage the life cycle of JIRA Initiatives until closure.
Platform support:
Maintain KPI backlog for platform upgrade and support activities.
Validate platform deployments and related artifacts every week and provide sign-off for further processing.
Scrum Master:
- Conduct scrum ceremonies for both ‘Green Berets and Alpha force’ teams:
- Daily scrum
- Backlog grooming
- Sprint planning
- Sprint review
- Sprint retrospective
- Publish respective scrum reports to leadership regularly.
