Job Summary
The AI Enablement Coach plays a critical role in accelerating the effective, responsible, and practical adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role focuses on empowering employees and leaders to understand, apply, and integrate AI tools into their daily workflows to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, trainer, and change agent, the AI Enablement Coach bridges the gap between AI technology and real-world business use.
Key Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Coach individuals, teams, and leaders on how to effectively use AI tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots, automation tools) in their roles.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical, role-based use cases that drive measurable business value.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, or innovation.
Training & Education
- Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and learning materials tailored to varying skill levels.
- Develop playbooks, best practices, and guidelines for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage.
- Support ongoing learning through office hours, hands-on labs, and one-on-one coaching.
Change Management & Culture
- Support organizational change by addressing adoption barriers, concerns, and resistance related to AI.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI use.
- Act as a champion for AI literacy and digital transformation across the organization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with IT, Data, Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to align AI enablement efforts with governance and strategy.
- Gather feedback from users to improve AI tools, training, and adoption approaches.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
Governance & Responsible AI
- Reinforce organizational policies related to data privacy, security, and ethical AI use.
- Help users understand limitations, risks, and appropriate use of AI technologies.
- Support compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Education, Data Science, or equivalent experience).
- Experience enabling, training, or coaching users on digital tools, analytics, automation, or AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly generative AI and applied AI use cases (technical depth not required, but practical fluency is essential).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with common enterprise AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools).
- Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Certifications or training in AI, data, agile, or change management.
