Summary
Bachelor s degree in computer science, business or related field
Business Analyst experience or in a related role
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects
Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals
Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
Strong organizational, multi- tasking and time management skills

Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion
Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative
Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components
Prior healthcare industry experience
Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems
