Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET and Angular Developer to join our development team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using C#, .NET/ASP.NET, Angular 12+, SQL Server, Azure, and modern web technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong full-stack development capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, Angular 12+, and related technologies.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain robust back-end services and application components using C# and ASP.NET/.NET.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database-related components.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services to support application development, deployment, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software engineering best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Contribute to improving development processes, tools, coding standards, and overall application quality.
• Stay current with evolving technologies, frameworks, and best practices within the .NET and Angular ecosystem.
• Work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/ASP.NET.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 12 or higher.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database development.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application environments.
• Experience with Git or other modern version control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 3 days per week from Day 1 in Washington, DC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale web applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with modern RESTful APIs/Web APIs.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
