Our team is responsible for building and managing GenAI based conversational AI systems for multiple business groups within Apple. While most of the use-cases are associated with automating contact center use cases, the team builds solution for multiple other complex business challenges.\nIn this role, you will drive complex cross functional programs to achieve organizational goals. You'll own the program timelines and facilitate meetings across different teams. You'll unblock teams to deliver at speed and ensure that right quality criteria are met across the board. You'll help achieve business outcomes within time.
10+ years of progressive experience in technical program or project management.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience managing programs specifically within the Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI domain. \n\nDeep conceptual understanding of the Generative AI architecture (LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG).\n\nB.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar or equivalent related work experience.\n\n\nExperience in leading programs in waterfall, scaled agile and agile mode along with using tools to track the entire progress
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.\nAbility to juggle and complete multiple tasks\nExcellent leadership and influencing skills\nProficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously\nAble to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities\nSelf-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities\nEngineering/ Technical background preferred\n
