Healthcare IT Analyst
Location: Remote
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and support technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications.
- Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the NC Health Connex Clinical Portal.
- Develop and support complex data queries to assist with data validation, transformation, and reporting. Verify data extracts and monitor ETL (extract, transform, load) job streams. Generate business analysis reports based on internal and external data requirements.
- Use SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools to perform data exploration and generate insights for various analytic and outbound services.

- Effective Communication & Community Engagement Clearly conveys information to diverse populations and healthcare stakeholders
- Technical Proficiency Skilled in healthcare data systems, digital platforms, and outreach technologies
- Relationship Building Build trust with providers, patients, and partners to support outreach goals
