Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic Developer Experience (DX) Team. In this role, you will help design and develop next-generation Kubernetes-based cloud web applications that empower developers to efficiently manage and optimize cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in building scalable CI/CD systems and cloud-native infrastructure solutions while leveraging modern Kubernetes technologies across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture
- Assist in designing and architecting scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Build distributed data processing and analytics solutions using Apache Spark.
- Develop highly available, reliable, and performance-optimized Kubernetes architectures.
Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Develop automated workflows for testing, building, and deploying infrastructure components.
- Utilize workflow engines such as Apache Airflow for orchestration.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Provision and manage Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
- Deploy cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ensure infrastructure changes are automated, version-controlled, and auditable.
Monitoring & Observability
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Build dashboards to monitor system health, performance, and reliability.
Security & Compliance
- Apply cloud security best practices including access controls, encryption, and network policies.
- Manage secrets and credentials securely using HashiCorp Vault.
- Ensure all infrastructure activities are auditable and compliant.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Manage repositories and collaboration workflows using GitHub.
- Document architecture, processes, and design decisions.
- Work closely with DevOps teams, architects, and business stakeholders across time zones.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runners.
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of GitOps methodologies.
- Experience integrating tools such as Slack, Jira, bots, or other automation systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and tools like HashiCorp Vault.
- Programming experience in Go
