Role: Sr. Network Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

Contract: W2 only

About the Role

We're seeking a Network Engineer with a strong background in enterprise network architecture, automation, and security. You ll be instrumental in driving scalable, resilient, and secure network infrastructure across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks
Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and troubleshoot complex issues
Lead network automation initiatives using Python and tools like Ansible or Terraform
Administer firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and NAC tools
Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to enable hybrid network connectivity (AWS/Azure)
Monitor network performance with tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture reviews, and enforce best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

Expertise in Cisco/Juniper/HPE networking gear
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, NAT, ACLs
Experience with enterprise routing and switching
Network segmentation and traffic optimisation
Hands-on with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), VPNs (IPSec, SSL)
