Role-: IT Desktop Support Technician

Location: Winona, MN (Onsite)

Contract: 6-12+ Months

Requirement:

• Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone
• Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed
• Must have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migrations, user profiles management, data backups.
• Install, configure, and maintain Devices at stores and other sites
• Understanding of windows
• Perform onsite Device maintenance, updates, or configuration changes
• Perform single and bulk IMACDs (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
• Provide technical support and setup during special events such as grocery store openings
• Microsoft environment knowledge (desktop & server).
• Perform grand opening standby support
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, and Teams.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and printers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
