Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer

Locations: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX, Columbus, OH and Chandler, AZ

Work Model: Hybrid (3 onsite / 2 remote)

Exp: 15+ years

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

·       Strong Java development background, including building applications and microservices

·       Python experience for AI/LLM integration

·       Hands‑on experience designing and delivering GenAI applications from concept to production

·       Deep understanding of the full SDLC (design → deployment → monitoring)

·       Experience working with LLMs (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, workflow integration)

·       Docker experience for building and deploying containerized GenAI services

·       Familiarity with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector stores, etc.

·       Cloud experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
