Skills and Experience:
Business Analysis Expertise:
o Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including process mapping (Visio or equivalent).
o Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and delivering business analysis in these environments.
o Strong understanding of business systems, data flows, and software requirements design.
o Academic or professional experience working with regression models or other statistical models

Detail-Oriented & Organized:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while ensuring high attention to detail.
o Experience with version control, requirement traceability, and best practices in documentation.
Problem Solving & Communication
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Self-Starter & Lifelong Learner
Educational Background:
o B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with data inputs and outputs related to complex systems.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documenting project tasks.
Experience with reporting requirements and tools like Tableau or Alteryx.
IIBA certification is a plus.
