This role combines deep AI networking expertise with strong customer engagement and close collaboration with Product Management to influence next-generation test and measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to hyperscalers, NEMs, and silicon vendors on AI data center and rack-level validation strategies.
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end validation solutions using advanced traffic generation and network test platforms, including proof-of-concepts and performance benchmarking.
  • Design validation methodologies for AI fabrics leveraging RDMA/RoCEv2, SRv6, packet trimming, congestion management, and high-speed Ethernet (400G/800G/1.6T).
  • Develop and validate collective communication benchmarking use cases (e.g., all-reduce, all-to-all) to measure real-world AI training performance across scale-out fabrics.
  • Build and integrate network automation frameworks into customer lab and CI/CD environments.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and R&D to translate field requirements and AI infrastructure trends into roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Network Communications, Computer Data Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in AI data center or hyperscale networking environments.
  • Deep knowledge of AI networking technologies including RDMA, RoCEv2, SRv6, congestion control, and packet optimization techniques.
  • Experience with collective communication benchmarking and distributed AI workload validation.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI training/inference workloads.
  • Hands-on experience with network traffic generators and validation/test tools.
  • Experience in network automation (Python, APIs, Ansible, CI/CD).
  • Ability to deploy containers, read Python code, execute test cases, and analyze test results.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, and motivated to continuously learn emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SONiC-based switching environments.
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or related AI infrastructure frameworks.
