Hybrid - 3x a week on-site .
We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help build a new product from the ground up. This role will own end-to-end product discovery and delivery across user experience, backend services, and orchestration/workflows, partnering closely with design and engineering.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a PM who enjoys ambiguity, cares deeply about user problems, and wants to grow their systems thinking while shipping real products.
What You'll Do - Product Discovery & Problem Definition
- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand user problems and workflows
- Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis, and requirements discovery
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities and MVP scope
- Define success metrics and hypotheses for early-stage features
Required Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
- Exposure to products involving APIs, backend systems, or platforms
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and early-stage product environments
- Clear communicator who can align cross-functional partners
Nice to Have - Experience with 0?1 or early-stage products
- Familiarity with workflow-based or system-heavy products
- Experience in B2B, platform, or internal tooling products
- Basic technical fluency (able to discuss APIs, services, async workflows-not code)
End-to-End Product Ownership - Own product requirements across:
- UI / user experience
- Backend business logic
- Orchestration and system workflows
- Define end-to-end user journeys that span multiple systems and services
- Ensure the product works cohesively across all layers, not as disconnected components
UI & UX Collaboration - Work closely with designers to shape intuitive, usable experiences
- Define user flows, states, and edge cases (loading, failure, partial success)
- Ensure complex system behavior is understandable and actionable for users
- Review designs to ensure they align with real backend and workflow constraints
Backend & Platform Collaboration - Partner with engineers to define product requirements for APIs and services
- Help define core domain concepts and business rules (from a product perspective)
- Ensure backend capabilities meet user and UI needs
- Balance speed, correctness, and future extensibility when defining requirements
Workflow & Orchestration Thinking - Define product requirements for multi-step workflows and system orchestration
- Help identify failure scenarios, retries, and recovery paths from a user POV
- Ensure system states and progress are visible and understandable to users
- Collaborate with engineering on sequencing and dependency trade-offs
Execution & Delivery - Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for your product area
- Participate actively in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retros
- Make thoughtful scope trade-offs to deliver value incrementally
Launch, Learn, Iterate - Support feature launches and early customer rollouts
- Analyze product usage, workflow success rates, and user feedback
- Work with support and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities
- Continuously refine the product based on real-world learnings
What Success Looks Like in This Role - Users can successfully complete end-to-end workflows with minimal friction
- UI, backend, and orchestration decisions feel cohesive and intentional
- Engineering teams have clear, well-prioritized product direction
- MVPs ship on time with learnings feeding directly into iteration
- Complexity is managed thoughtfully without over-engineering
Why This Role Is Interesting - You'll help shape a product from the ground up
- You'll gain deep experience in systems thinking and workflow design
- You'll work closely with senior engineers and designers
- You'll have real ownership-not just ticket writing
