Overview/Summary: Our Client is aglobal leader in adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemical technologies, serving industries such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, packaging, and consumer goods worldwide
Key Responsibilities: - Leading on developmental and commercialized products by optimization of material application processes, and direct interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems
- Leads customer visits, demonstrations, recommendations, trainings and problem solving for strategic initiatives, break-through technologies
- Completes laboratory and testing for internal and external customers
- Responsible for the technical training of field sales, customers, and for TCS talent development
- Working in a laboratory environment, writing lab reports
Primary Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Chemistry, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Experience with Automotive Quality systems and requirements
- Experience with dispense equipment suppliers
- 7+ years of experience working in a chemical/coatings material for Automotive electronic applications. (ex: sensors, connectors, printed circuit boards, modules, semiconductors).
- Analytical thinking with lean/six sigma/scientific application methods/development
- Technical writing/reporting business acumen
