Solution Architect Network
Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid- 3 days Onsite 2 days Remote)
What we are looking for:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Solution Architect Network who will lead and evolve KDP's network infrastructure to support our business growth and transformation. You will oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability of all network systems.
What you will do:
As the Sr. Manager Network Architect, you will
Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps to advance KDP's enterprise network infrastructure, supporting current and future business needs.
Establish and govern enterprise-level standards, best practices, and processes for network architecture, engineering, and deployment.
Champion modernization initiatives including cloud networking, network automation, AI, and network-as-code, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of network technologies, tools, and vendors, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Analyze technology trends and assess emerging solutions to recommend and drive adoption of new capabilities where appropriate.
Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements throughout all aspects of network architecture and operations.
Who you are:
Extensive experience in reviewing, designing, and implementing large and complex enterprise network infrastructure-including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud network platforms.
Proven ability to define and implement network strategies and architectural standards at scale, including documenting those environments and standards.
Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional engineering teams and working with diverse stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for a variety of audiences and drive consensus.
Capability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable and reliable network solutions.
Passion for mentoring, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
10+ years of experience in IT network architecture and engineering
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise network infrastructure the following technical disciplines: network architecture, cloud networking, network automation, wireless networking, infrastructure automation, SDWAN networking, and security infrastructure.
Experience in managing teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments.
